At Huialfas, we understand that sometimes plans change after placing an order. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for canceling or modifying orders to ensure clarity and efficiency for both our customers and our fulfillment process.

All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Handling Time: 1 business day

Because of our fast processing system, there is only a limited window to request changes or cancellations.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Eligibility:

  • The request is made before the order has been processed or shipped
  • The request is submitted within a short time after placing the order

Important Notes:

  • Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled

If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
